We have seen, from the inside, what the phone costs a veterinary clinic: missed calls, clients who cannot get through, a team picking up between two consultations. And we have seen that most of those calls do not need a veterinarian: an appointment, opening hours, a confirmation, a document.
Nolia takes those calls, on the slots the clinic chooses, and hands everything else to the team. Never sorting, never advising.
