How it works

  • The client picks the reason, the veterinarian and a slot among those you made bookable.
  • They identify with their e-mail and mobile number. No account, no password.
  • The appointment is written immediately into your Vetup schedule, with the existing client record or a new one.
  • You control the slots from your Vetup planning: one "bookable online" checkbox per slot.

What it changes

Every appointment booked online is one call less. And for those who still call, Nolia on the phone takes over on the slots of your choice. Nolia online is included with Nolia on the phone.

Nolia online has been in production since April 2026 in a group of four clinics in Québec, with appointments booked every day.
