If your veterinary clinic uses Nolia, here is what it changes for you.
When you call outside the hours the team can answer, Nolia picks up. She can book, move or cancel an appointment, and tell you about hours, address or services. If you mention an emergency, or ask for a person, your call is immediately transferred to the team or to the clinic's emergency number. Nolia never gives medical advice.
If your clinic offers online booking with Nolia, you book on its website in a few moments, without creating an account: your e-mail and mobile number are enough.
Soon, the Nolia app will let you find the reports, prescriptions and invoices your clinic gave you, with a notification when a new document is available. Your clinic will give you a code to activate it.
It remains your clinic's and yours. The privacy policy (in French) describes what Nolia does with it; the Delete my account page explains how to delete your Nolia account.
